Katie was born and raised in the Okanagan where she participated in a variety of sports including competitive soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Her journey began at the College of the Rockies in Cranbrook, BC, where she completed a Diploma of Kinesiology while playing for the women’s volleyball team. She then went on to complete a Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan, and finally, her Masters of Physical Therapy at UBC Vancouver. Since graduating, Katie has completed Level 1 courses with the Canadian Division of Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy.
Katie enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, while integrating soft tissue and manual therapy techniques with therapeutic exercise and education to help each person reach their individual goals.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys recreational sports, camping, cooking, kayaking and travelling.
