Meet Dr. Aaron!

Dr. Aaron Binstock obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honors Kinesiology) at the University of Western Ontario, where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. He then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic and graduated with clinic honours in 2010

What to expect during your session

Dr. Binstock likes get to the root of what is causing the pain and how that is limiting or affecting someone's ability to do the things that they enjoy. When we figure out what that is, he takes the time to explain what the injury is, what the treatment options are, and how that will ultimately help you feel better. The treatment style includes a combination of muscle release, adjustments, education and strengthening exercises.

Specialties and areas of interest

If I had to choose, I would say the foot/ankle. I also enjoy helping someone that is experiencing headaches since that is often such a barrier to being able to enjoy any part of your day.

Outside of the clinic

Aaron loves spending time with the family, which usually involves a park! He also likes to play beer league hockey, golf, and going for some runs.
