Dillon Pinder, BHK, CSCS
Registered Massage Therapist
Dillon is an integrated team member within Strive Health and Performance. He graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2017 with a passion for therapeutic massage. He has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
He utilizes his knowledge of various massage techniques that incorporate neuromuscular, myofascial and trigger point applications as well as movement-based interventions to help restore the body to optimal functioning. Furthermore, he uses his Strength and Conditioning background to help increase performance and injury prevention in recreational and sports populations.
Dependent upon the individual needs, he places an emphasis on either a therapeutic or relaxation type of massage. The type of pressure applied can range from a low degree to a high degree but is completely based on an individuals comfort, tolerance and goals. Above all, Dillon believes that a therapeutic intervention involving massage should help relieve pain, reduce stress and address any specific concern a person may have.
